Hospitality
Restaurants, food courts, bars and hotels. Spaces where the fit-out has to survive constant traffic, tight servicing and a landlord's programme, and still feel like somewhere a person chose to eat. A good deal of this work sits inside Auckland Airport, landside and airside.
Our long-standing clients, Kiwi Discovery Ltd, approached us to design a new freestanding store in Auckland International Airport’s landside farewell zone more commonly known as the food court.
We were engaged by Hannahs to redesign their store, aiming to blend heritage with modern sophistication.
Our clients wanted Hayama’s Airside outlet to reflect the delivery and branding of the other natural looking restaurants
Silk Road is a restaurant at Auckland International airport landside food court serving a variety of Asian cuisines.
Halong bay is a new concept that we developed for our clients as they expand their Asian food offer to include a new Vietnamese category.
We deliberately kept the palate quite neutral and wanted to create more of a traditional, old-style Chinese restaurant feel
As the concept was being rolled out to a number of different sites featuring a series of pre-fabricated units to suit a variety of spaces.
A space that has a contemporary Japanese feel and compliments the degustation and tapas style menu with its simplicity
